The Historic Garden League is a nonprofit educational organization. Member activities include volunteering to help with the operation of the shops, volunteer gardening, volunteering to lead tours of historic gardens in the area of the Custom House Plaza, helping with the planning, preparation and implementation of HGL’s annual or semi-annual fund raising event, “History in Bloom”, and participation in HGL’s monthly general membership meetings.
